Mybrush wants to ensure that your use of our services is a hassle-free experience. To make sure that you know what to expect from us, we have set out the following terms and conditions for our services.

Delivery

Delivery times will vary depending upon your locality. You should allow 3-6 working days. A flat rate delivery charge of $4.00 will be added to each order regardless of the size or value of the order.

Mybrush will despatch orders on the date selected by the customer and thereafter on the delivery schedule selected. If the delivery date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the order will be dispatched on the next available working day.

We can deliver only to valid Australia Post delivery addresses.

Payment

Mybrush accepts Mastercard and Visa. There is no surcharge for using your credit card.

Credit and Returns policy

Any faulty, damaged or undelivered goods will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of Mybrush will be replaced at no charge, including freight.

Your personal information

In order to provide our services to you, we need to collect certain personal information from you. This information is stored in a secure manner, and will not be disclosed to anyone outside Mybrush except where required to deliver our services. We will never sell your personal information to other businesses for marketing purposes.

Credit card information

We use the highest available level of data security and encryption to safeguard your credit card details, including using a secure connection to our web site, and encrypting your information when stored in our databases. Only authorised staff have access to this information.

Price Changes

Mybrush will from time to time change the prices of its products. Your invoice will reflect the current prices shown on the website.

Communicating with you

Mybrush may communicate with you via email, and by mail. We will never send you an email asking for personal details - if you receive any emails purporting to be from Mybrush and asking for personal details you should ignore them.

We will send you an email prior to despatch of each order, advising you of the delivery date and other information.
