My order hasn’t arrived

Simply contact us by email at info@mail.mybrush.biz, phone us on 07 3722 7766 or fax us on 07 3722 7765. We will check when your order was shipped and if the order has not been received after 7 days we will resend it to you at no extra charge.

What about price changes to the toothbrushes?

If the recommended retail price of any of the toothbrushes listed in the catalogue increase, we will notify you before your next order is due.
